  • Prince George Community College (PGCC) is an award-winning, fully accredited public two-year institution.  In 2021, PGCC sought the development of a 10-year Facilities Master Plan (FMP) to guide the future development and growth of the college. The FMP included recommendations for improved campus facilities, outdoor spaces, and transportation amenities to meet the needs of current and future students, faculty, and staff.

  • • Developed and implemented a public engagement strategy.

    • Reviewed outreach materials for technical accuracy.

    • Organized and facilitated two in-person PGCC events.

    • Designed and administered surveys across multiple campuses.

    • Collected and analyzed over 1,600 surveys.

    • Summarized engagement strategies and survey results.

    • Provided recommendations for the future plan.

  • Assedo Consulting was part of the team supporting the development of the Plan and led the public outreach and engagement efforts. During the planning, Assedo team members developed and disseminated a comprehensive survey within all PGCC campuses and facilitated two in-person events to share updates on the FMP and promote the survey. The team collected over 1,600 survey responses from students, faculty, and community members who shared their insights and priorities for the FMP. Assedo team members analyzed the survey findings to provide insights and recommendations to support the final Plan.
